    I also, agree you learn frpm practice, not drugs. My tai chi sifu says you must do a movement 10,000 times before you know it, ie practice makes perfect or at least makes you able to do things reliable.

    By that 10,000th repetition, not only have you dug a nice, deep mental groove but you have all those ‘muscle memory’ things in place and … let’s face it… you no longer have to THINK about the move — the move ‘happens’.

    That is true. I started in 02/18, I have a LONG ways to go. But, I will get there. As with anything practice helps you do things better until it becomes natural.
