    Tomorrow I’ll be starting the Beachbody P90X program. I’ll post the workout schedules later as its almost half past 11pm for me. :) I’ll also be doing shakeology and the P90X results and recovery drink.


    It’s a beautiful workout. :)


    I’ll stick with couch to 5k. ;-) Good luck Bekah!


    Alright here is the workout schedule that I’m using for Phase 1 of P90X (also trying to run at least 1 mile every week day morning…Sat and Sun off):

    Day 1 – Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X
    Day 2 – Plyometrics
    Day 3- Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
    Day 4 – Yoga
    Day 5 – Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
    Day 6 – Kenpo X (will be modified and/or add some things from the Family Style of Yee Chong Mu Gow in the sub-system ku Tai Te Mo Ying Tao)
    Day 7 – Rest or X Stretch

    Quick note:
    This is day 2 of P90X and I feel as if I was used as a punching bag…the recovery drink seems to be working though as last night I felt about the same and by this morning I was feeling well enough to do the day 2 workout. If anyone is interested in keeping up with this and seeing the results of this I have it up on my facebook page and will be posting weekly video updates.
