    Guess I need to go back to the physio. Blocked shoulder day before yesterday and yesterday evening slightly again. Also my ankle hurts a lot. I guess this is a result of the cold. But my physio can help with it.

    Sounds like a good idea. And try to stretch the other parts of your body as you are able so you aren’t tightening up more parts of your body to compensate for these issues.

    Next update, wanted to go to the doctor but can’t even walk. Will try to go to the pharmacy to pick up some crutches. I’m thinking about dehydration, so now drinking a lot, hope it works. My neck also hurts but don’t put weight on it like my ankle so it is less painful.

    Not like this, anyway, my dad picked me up for the doctor, it appears to be an inflammation of y ligaments.

    Keep this in mind as to why it’s important to ease into fitness. It’s very common to get injured in the early days of starting a new exercise regime. I hope it feels better soon.

    yes, although I don’t get it because I was off three days before it happened. Also didn’t do any leg exercises?

    There’s likely something else going on then. On the physical side, be very aware of what you are doing with your whole body when doing exercises. You may be placing your legs and feet in a position that adds strain to the ligaments. On the energetic side there is a lot that can be happening. There have been a lot of energetic changes. Sometimes those can create aches and pains in the body. Try this and see what it changes.
    1. Expand as far out as you can, as in Jedi Studies lesson 1. Be sure to expand into and through the earth as well.
    2. If you notice the pain increasing or not changing, focus on that part of your body and imagine expanding the molecules in that area as well, breaking up that energy blockage.
    3. Send all that energy into the earth.
    4. Receive energy from the earth that is healing to you.

    After that, how does it feel?

    I can’t really help with this without directly watching your form as you do certain exercises. If I could see that then I could help you figure out if you are doing something that puts pressure on your joints/ligaments or have under/active muscles (as Jax mentioned). I can help with training and physical exercises, I can’t diagnose or treat pain/illness. I think going to a doctor or therapist/specialist to get checked out is wise though. Praying you feel better soon. :)
    Like I said in the private message if you have a specific question related to physical fitness I will try and answer it for you. Most of what I do is very hands on so if you are looking for training programs I’d be happy to talk with you in chat or through the PM service here and then recommend things for you to look up or try.
