KeymasterSo, as I was looking around online tonight I found this idea of leadership traits come up twice. I guess that means it’s something I should share. Now, I’m not saying that these are exactly transferrable to the Jedi. But, it’s some food for thought that might get people thinking about other things. Have fun!
First, the 11 Leadership Principals 14 Leadership Traits of Marines.
Marine Corps Leadership Principles and Traits
* Know yourself and seek self-improvement.
* Be technically and tactically proficient.
* Develop a sense of responsibility among your subordinates.
* Make sound and timely decisions.
* Set the example.
* Know your Marines and look out for their welfare.
* Keep your Marines informed.
* Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions.
* Ensure assigned tasks are understood, supervised, and accomplished.
* Train your Marines as a team.
* Employ your command in accordance with its capabilities.Marine Corps Leadership Traits
* Dependability
o The certainty of proper performance of duty.* Bearing

Army Leadership qualities:
Be- Be a good leader by setting the example
Know- Know what you are talking about and if you don’t know, find someone who does.
Do- Do what you are supposed to at 110%.
