I think they are basically saying that it works to quite your mind..with a bunch of big words casue they want to sound smart…i know one MEDITATION..but no it has to be uhh what was it the “right ventrolateral prefrontal cortex region.”
They said that studying meditation they came to no conclusive, solid evidence that it helps your health. Here’s the thing, we don’t know what their studies involved and who did them. They studied certain meditations that boasted would lower blood pressure and such, yet who knows if people do this regularly.
There are certain variables I think the scientists are neglecting, IMHO
