Returning…

Hello everyone,

Some of you know me, some of you don’t (but will), but either way, I’m back. If that disturbs you, I’d start running now, because you’re stuck with me otherwise. For those that don’t know me (or those that do but forgot, tsk tsk…), I’m Alex, often called Aslyn, a former and future instructor here at IJRS. As soon as I’ve finished preparing my course material (and we’re ready to get moving), I shall be teaching Creed Studies, something of a departure from my former Self-Awareness course

Be warned – I have a fairly sharp tongue, even if I am mellowing as I get older, so engage me in debate only if you enjoy that sort of thing, or if you’re looking to have your preconceptions challenged :p I’m looking forward to meeting everyone I’ve yet to have bumped into, and pestering everyone that I have. I hope we’ll have some good discussions, and share a little knowledge here and there.

heh… I recall his ‘sharp tongue’ during the taking of his old ‘self analysis’ course.

Got to admit though, he used it with a deft, scalpel like accuracy.

On the contrary, brother, you passed yourself. No self-awareness course can be truly marked or assessed – the learning process is internalised, much of the time It’s just useful to see yourself first as the source of all your successes and all your problems, and let that analysis snowball from there. I didn’t teach, you did.

A sharp tongue and some healthy debate of the kind that will challenge me is someting I always look forward to . It’s an approach to discussion I’ve become rather fond of myself. Welcome back.
