So, lately I’ve been really into movement. Studying movement, developing movement, and learning how to have grace in movement.
Now I’d like to share that here and engage in great conversations! As a Chiropractor, I am all about movement. As we say in school, “Motion is Lotion.” In other words, with out getting too scientific, as we move we send vital fluids to our joints which help keep them hydrated and prevent injury.
Another way to help prevent joint injury, whether you are a couch warrior, weekend warrior or a crossfit enthusiast, is building proprioception. Here’s a fun video on what proprioception is and how to help develop it. May be a fun way to engage physically if we get stuck indoors again!
