    *I slept funny on Saturday night sharing a hotel bed with my 4 year old. She kicks and rolls constantly in her sleep. My left shoulder ended up in some odd positions to accomodate her and now it is sore as ever. Doing a lot of stretching to help it out. Yard work on Sunday did not help either, but it had to be done. I have a football game tonight and I have to play as we are short people. Just going to try not to make it worse before then.

    For fun, I went back to my Intro Course thread and found my Why Jedi responses. I read through them to remind myself where I started my journey at this site. I really just wanted to see what goals I set forth and how close I was to accomplishing them. Unfortunately, I didn’t set anything concrete except maintain my training schedule, which has seen some bumps and unconsistentcies, but I’m still here, I’ve crushed many of my goals which i have set, I’ve expanded my training and accountability to include Nerd Fitness, and I am looking to continue my training here until completion.

    What I did get from reading my Why Jedi post was a renewed sense of excitement and collection as to why I am here, what I am doing, and where I am going. :yoda :obiwan

    I still hate this website’s editor, which has kept me from being routine with my training journal here. What is important is that I stick to my workout routine and accomplish my goals, which I have been doing. I’d like to get back into the habit of posting daily, but this thing is annoying. I’ll be using NerdFitness for Fitness Training log and doing a weekly or monthly update here.

    Of course, I’ll still post all my Jedi-centric training here.

    Answered in the Help Desk forum. I’m skeptical it can be fixed easily.
