    Well Angelus made a good point in this post So I guess It’s time to start my own training Journal.

    Of lat I have been going to the Gym and Swiming with Desire about once a week for and hour, mainly doing laps.
    I found an Article on Irish Stick Fighting, and am thinking about giving that a shot.
    I need to start getting back into my SCA Fighting, at least on Sunday’s if not more often.

    I recently recieved Jax’s Personal 101 Handbook, and have decided to run through it. I am keeping a copy of my progress in this course at The Serenity of Memnoich along the Jedi Path
    I will update here whenever I post the next lesson for the course, this way I can keep track of my progress here as well.

    Went to the Gym last night, Swam Roughly 1/2 a mile, for about 45mins. Man I slept good last night. I’m currently looking for a good book to start reading, though I’m reading through the new Jedi Academy Saga RPG Book, interesting read, I’m thinking about picking up the Hero with 1000 faces, but not sure just yet. I think I might go by the library tonight and see whats available.

    Lol, it would seem appopriate to pick that book up since that seems to be the talk of the site! Might sound lazy, but I plan on waiting until its being taught! (not that I’m not reading anything though…)

    If you want a good book though, have you read either the Peaceful Warrior series? Or maybe Walsch’s new book? 

    Just some thoughts!

    Just letting you know that I haven’t had a chance to read much of your homework.  Can you remind me this weekend to take a look?  I have a lot on my plate and I’ve been very forgetful this week (and it’s only monday!).  Thanks!

    I need to get back into using this thing, Let’s see what have I done as far as training for this week. I currently Carry 12 plus pounds(Baby Rex) around while walking, shopping, and working around the house, giving me quite the arm, back, and ab workout. I have been trying to do my Tai Chi workouts in the morning, but haven’t been as consistent with it as I would like. I have been looking at the different sites about Cubical workouts, to see about adding some extra exercise to my day while I sit at my workstation.
