ModeratorFinally remembered one !
And, this was probably some convoluted mix of re-runs of “The Bourne Identity”, “National Treasure”, “Die Hard” and who knows what else.

Imagine one of those gigantic international airports. For some reason, this one is about to ‘open’ a new wing/area and is preparing to go through a ‘practice run’ — with hundreds of bodies and all the staff. Now, some ‘bad guy’ has stolen a micro circuit / chip and hidden it somewhere in this huge place… where he had planned to stroll in and scoop it up and fly out. Instead, ‘we’ (( there is another guy chasing the ‘bad guy’ too — who looks a little like Nicholas Cage (( hence the National Treasure connection ))…. ‘we’ spotted the bad guy at the entrance to the new ‘wing’ and then ensues a long convoluted chase all over the place.
Most of the time is was running and hurdling obstacles. A few times even while dreaming I had to marvel at the height at which I ‘allowed’ myself to jump from to hurtle down to a lower level or, once, onto a moving escaltor below. Also, had a few times when there was a lull in the ‘action’ and spent time chatting up the passerbys or, once, an ‘inflight assistant’ who was waiting near one of the boarding gates.
And, that was where we were headed. Saw the ‘bad guy’ go for a sign and take the circuit board/chip from the back (it was taped there) and run for that boarding area. ‘We’ caught up and nabbed him….. as the plane had not arrived and the boarding door was locked at yet… so ‘bad guy’ could not escape.
Pretty blah ending but, it was a cool chase.

And, this is first one I’ve actually had/remembered since this whole section started.

At least it wasn’t a mix of “Walker, Texas Ranger” and Sesame Street!
Did you have fun in the dream? I mean, when you woke up from it, did you think, “Darn! I want to continue that dream!”???

Moderatorgah.. I have never (and plan to never) have dreams about Chuck Norris !
I’ve had some dreams ‘long ago’ (think decades) when, once I woke, I thought, “That was cool… maybe I should try to go back to sleep and see what happens next.” This one, no. It was over and done. When I woke it was more a case of, “Hey, I remember a dream!”

ModeratorThis was this morning.. and the day has passed —
Inside and outside, a semi wintery, sunny day. I am at an outdoor pavilion and ‘see’ someone I knew from my time in the Army in Germany (late 70’s). They recognized me and said ‘hi’ and we sort of muttered the typical ‘how ya been’ things while walking toward an indoor venue… which seemed to be a bowling alley. Inside a half dozen or more of those I knew then are there and all seem to remember me…. though I know I barely knew some of them even back then. Perspective was skewed since many seemed to be a good six inches to a foot taller than I am.. when in reality most were my height or shorter. Many had stayed in the military to ‘retire’ and all in this dream were ‘retired’ in one way or another; with their significant others and hanging at the alley while planning some sort of golf package tour.
After admitting I was not retired but also not working at the moment; not connected with anyone — I was suddenly back out at the outdoor pavilion and ice skating. For some reason, I was ‘just’ messing about but doing all the fancy long sliding curves and moving backward… all the typical stuff. No jumps or spins. Was at least one female, young teen or adult, who I have no idea who they were. Still, a bit odd since I have not ice skated in almost 40 years.

No major mystical significance here. Just got an email from an old Army buddy… who did stay in, went on the become an officer, got out and worked around the world for the State Department and is looking at retiring as a scuba instructor down in some South American resort area. Told of an old room mate who also stayed in and went on the become an officer and did a tour during Desert Storm, etc. So, old Army people have been on my mind of late.
Ice skating? Probably mutant fever cross contamination from one of the many television shows I have channel surfed across the night before. Feeling like crap and not being sleepy; surfing was ‘the’ night time activity for a while — looking for the least objectionable thing to watch again since it was all re-runs.

Actually I had a Chuck Norris dream the other day, when I woke up and wondered why the *%#K I had the dream it made me forget what the dream was.
Humorous to say the least.

ModeratorNOT a dream but rather one of those — too many coincidences and I need to pay attention moments.
Last night I posted an essay on ‘connecting with the force/divine spiritual energy‘.
Today, while checking emails, listening to music and surfing odd Doctor WHO music, I watched an animated ‘Tennant/10th doctor adventure’ — The Infinite Quest.
Not 30 minutes later, I grab the next library book in my pile I checked out (( I tend to grab random ones if I am not looking for something specific )). THIS random grab is a 2010 book by John Edwards titled Infinite Quest: Develop Your Psychic Intuition to Take Charge of Your Life.
And it hit me.
THIS is a case of those ‘several little synchronicities’ which many would say is ‘coincidence’ but seems more like a gentle two by four of a nudge to pay attention to ‘the message’.Been telling myself I need to brush the dust off and get back to working with ‘the energies’. Guess the Force decided I needed a good kick in the backside as a gentle reminder I’m past due to get with it.

ModeratorAnother ‘non dream’ but very much in keeping with the previous entry. Another set of ‘coincidences’.
Reading the book by John Edwards, I was surprised to see he used a phrase/title I’ve used off and on since the late 70s. “Student of the Universe”… which I sometimes shorten to SOTU. Kind of weird to see it in print.
Another ‘coincidece’ was after I had been surfing about on the Web and came upon a blog which spoke of using water to ‘catch negativity’. They had two identical glasses; filled with the same tap water at the same time; one had a coffee filter placed over it (for drinking during the night) and one was nearby but open. It was noted that sometimes — usually when some ‘negative stuff’ was going on or the blogger felt they were having negativity tossed their way, the ‘open’ glass had bubbles in it in the morning while the drinking glass (sometimes left all night long) never did.
Then today, I got to a section in the John Edwards book (yes, it is a slow reader for me… just not a smooth ride for some reason) — and he covered cleansing a home, office, apartment using the ‘typical’ burning sage and salt water. THEN he says, oh ya, you can fill a glass with water and leave it out all day/evening and if there is negativity in the area, the water will have bubbles in it. Toss down a drain at the end of the day, etc.
Another one of those — from multiple sources synchronicity things. Either to start working with water; or look for negativity; or to stop ‘looking’ and start ‘doing’. heh… the Force loves to be vague at times.

KeymasterInteresting. I recently ordered this book though I haven’t had time to read it yet. Medicine for the Earth: How to Transform Personal and Environmental Toxins by Sandra Ingerman. It’s supposed to teach you how to reduce the impact of toxins in food and water, heal the earth, etc. It might be right in line with what you’re learning about.
