Keymasterlol Ok, my first week of training at work has been the most consistently intense of my life. Seriously this is more intense than grad school! I worked over 40 hours in 4 days, including a 16 hour day (with commute) on Friday. I’m going to spend much of today working as well, though from home to prepare my report for Monday. This intensity will decrease before too long, but initially we’re thrown into the deep end. And in this case we lost a day of time due to the holiday so it’s like we were thrown into the deep end with some weights on us. lol
Please understand that I am reading everyone’s assignments as they come in my email but cannot reply much right now. If you have specific questions for me, let me know. I’ll reply as I get caught up. But if you don’t have questions and your replies to assignments are sufficient don’t expect a reply. I’m sorry, but I had no idea my training would be this intense. Perhaps if I wasn’t determined to learn as much as I can, or if I wasn’t spending a good fraction of my day helping others, but then I wouldn’t be doing my best.
If you need help for anything, post on the forum so other faculty can respond. I really am beyond swamped right now and don’t want anyone waiting on me unnecessarily.
Keep up your training! :yoda

ParticipantI’ll keep an eye on the forum. Good luck keeping your head above water, my friend!

KeymasterThanks. The nice this (in a way) is that we’re all treading water but helping each other to stay afloat. Since it’s not a competition and our group in general has been tight knit it’s not so bad. Then again, helping others slows me down but I learn more in the process. It’s a balance. I suspect this week will be the last super intense week. I certainly hope it is at least. I’m not sure how long I can maintain this. I may have to actually give up facebook! *gasp* hehe Honestly, it’s a good feeling to know I can work this hard without losing my mind (thanks to friends) and learn what I need to learn.
Thanks for helping cover the slack Inari, I appreciate it beyond words!

ParticipantJust throw me a reminder of what I need to be keeping an eye on again? Here and journals or just here?

KeymasterIf you can keep an eye on the forum, the teaching faculty members should be covering the courses
Thanks a bunch!
