KeymasterWelcome Dylan. My first request is that you spend a bit of time reading through the information that’s already on this board. Some of your questions have already been answered elsewhere. Also, it gives you ideas about who people are here. I bet you’ll find plenty to think about just from doing this and will have plenty of questions. Don’t be afraid to jump on into discussions, just remember to keep an open mind.

ParticipantAndrea’s son is more into playing football than she is. He’s less liable to be flattened like a pancake upon being tackled.
But welcome, oh crazy person. If I can’t scare you into leaving right now (for your health, of course!), I’ll just keep persisting until you admit defeat. Works better that way. Hope you have fun during your short stay, however.

HEY! Who do you think taught him how to squash others???
But, yes, Sting, it is my son that plays football. He’s quite good, too. He plays on the line, and occasionally plays as a linebacker, but due to his “aggressive” styles, the coaches like him on the spearhead.
It is refreshing to find another player here, though. Football is oftentimes looked at as a pure aggression/blood sport, with little tactical planning involved. But… that’s ok. We know better.

Welcome Dylan!
LOL… I wouldn’t take Icarus-on on the field.
I’m not sure…but I suspect there aren’t a lot of football captains who would admit to loving Star Wars…
But then I own pilot shops…lol…so who knew?

KeymasterThere are quite a few small guys that play college ball, even a few that make it into the NFL. You shouldn’t let size stop you.
