I am known as Loremaster, and I am here to learn from everyone. I have been given the honor to be on this faculty, and hope I can share my knowledge and experiences in courses while learning from yours. Have to run…time for dinner and then my hour-long workout.
I blush to say that it is relatively new. I have only been at it 4 days, but I needed more discipline than I was getting here at home. I do half an hour on a treadmill, 15 min of cycling, 15 min of weight training. My own devising, and I may seek the advice of a personal trainer once my fat burning goal has been achieved. I make my husband swim for over an hour every day too. He loves it, and my big challenge is for us to go together. He is a morning person and I am a night person.
