Way to be aware and help your friend.

What program are you using for the binaural beats?

It’s just a free app I found in the Play Store.

Which one? There are probably a few, and it can help people to know when other people have used them. I have used the apps from Tesla Software called Ambiscience. They have a few different ones, but I don’t know if they are for Android or just iPhone. I also find they help me meditate and not check out so easily.

It’s just a real simple one called “Binaural Beats FREE” (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.com.binauralbeatsapp.com.binauralbeats). It’s simple, but it has a list of the waves and what they’re used for, along with integrated volume control.
