    Genes only tell us a little about life, epigenetics is really where everything seems to be.  I’m watching a Nova episode now that is all about it.  I recommend it for anyone interested in genetics and biology and how we can treat diseases that have been very difficult for us to figure out.

    Yes… that NOVA program came out originally in 2007… but is still interesting today.  Explains a lot about why it’s more then ‘just’ the DNA coding — and how stress, external factors can create short and long term (multiple generations) problems.
