Genes only tell us a little about life, epigenetics is really where everything seems to be. I’m watching a Nova episode now that is all about it. I recommend it for anyone interested in genetics and biology and how we can treat diseases that have been very difficult for us to figure out. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/genes/
Yes… that NOVA program came out originally in 2007… but is still interesting today. Explains a lot about why it’s more then ‘just’ the DNA coding — and how stress, external factors can create short and long term (multiple generations) problems.
