The last primary centre to work on was the crown one. By working on it I had a feeling of growing/expanding out of my body and becoming taller and taller.
It was very interesting as I knew this feeling from meditation. During meditation I do have this kind of feeling from time to time. But haven’t had it now for a long time.Sorry, for posting all the last days on a single day, which is today. But I’m currently a bit stressed and time seems to pass by quicker than I can get hold of it.
Because of that, I wasn’t able to check in here.
