Didn’t had the possibility to check in last week. So I’ll do that now!
For Day 19 you should do the “Mind Taming” exercise by using “Afterimage Retention”. Again this reminded me on the stuff I had worked through during the Meditation course.
As at does days I have used a candle for it as it seems that this works best for me. It was nice to go back into this exercise again.
