    This brings a new week with it!
    The affirmations for this week are in a way a bit more complex. But the fit a way better than the ones from last week.
    What is newly added is the “Energy Raising” exercise. From the description and the feeling it feels to me very much like a Qi-Gong exercise where in you centre yourself and your energy in your Hara.
    So the new exercise works out fine for me and I can easily add it to my Qi-Gong exercises in the morning.
