A friend of mine pointed me toward this website today, couch to 5k (c25k.com). Both of us, being out of shape Marines, really want to return to running but are out of shape and not good at it. This website uses a gradual approach that ensures success. For those that saw the beginner’s running plan I’ve posted in the past from Runners World, this is similar.
So, if you’re interested in trying running, check out this website. If you start to work the plan, let me know. I’ll be doing my best to keep to this schedule myself.
