    Sounds good, but I do need a journal to grade you on the class. ;-)  At the least, a summary of your experiences for each week, even if you don’t have all the details for each day.  I don’t need them submitted right away, but the less time that passes between exercises and writeup the better.

    After an e-mail discution with Jax I am popping in to show my head  :obiwan

    I have been training as usual spending close to 1.5 to 2.5 hours a day.

    My meditation time is still the morning roughly 4 times per week. I have been also doing a course on meditation too. It goes for 8 weeks we are in week 5. I like it even though it is a large group.

    I hope all is well with in the community and may be back soon’
