I have seen the 3D miniatures and other small assemblies folks have been making. I’ve seen a demo of a HUGE setup that lets a 3D printer-like assembly build a small shelter… and there is one this is starting this year that will 3D print metal structures as it automatically spans a river with a printed bridge. The printing of magnets is new to me… and it’s kind of cool how they do it. PLUS, the potential for it has barely been touched (yet).
Watch the slow mo fun with the youngling and stay for the 3D printed magnets. It’s pretty cool stuff imo.
