I’ll try to keep each one short… even though each could probably end up being a ‘soapbox lecture’ on their own…
1. Embrace your Universe.
Consider: Somehow, someway, everything that ever was and everything that is now… ‘became’. Our Universe is bigger and stranger than our small mortal self can sometimes fathom… or fully appreciate. Acknowledge that the Force (which is all around us) is awesomely amazing and you might gain a touch of humility for being a part of it ALL …
2. Seek opportunities to put more Force into the world.
Strive to be a vessel of the Force. Some may even call it ‘love.’ (you can call it whatever you wish!) Use that Force energy to fill the world with more compassion and kindness. Giving out ‘that energy’ starts a cycle wherein it comes back to you… filling YOU with more of the Force.
3. Set aside time each day to spend in spiritual reflection and contemplation.
I use the word ‘spiritual’. You could also eliminate the word, spiritual. Reflection and contemplation are still powerful tools on their own! Dwell in the presence of the Force — Your choice may be to pray, meditate, read spiritual material, take a long walk through nature — or all of the above. To get the ‘most’ out of this practice, it should be performed both morning and evening for at least 20 minutes each. There is strength that comes in finding a center / balance in your daily life.
4. Become more accepting.
With every interaction, surrender any tendency to judge another person. Work on having a more accepting heart. Sometimes you are an observer of other people’s lives and you think you will never experience what they are living, whether it is a positive or negative situation. You think, “That will never happen to me.” Part of the real beauty of life is that it is unpredictable. Nothing is permanent; everything changes. A lot of things can happen that will transform who you are and have an impact on your life. The problem is that we need to cultivate the ability to truly accept whatever comes and embrace it. We need to develop the habit of looking at whatever happens through a positive mindset instead of a negative, defeatist one. Oddly enough, through being ‘accepting’, we learn graciousness.
5. Forgive anyone you have not forgiven.
Whenever you withhold forgiveness, you keep yourself bound to your own feelings of guilt. Being able to forgive — others OR yourself — helps makes you kind.
6. Recognize your mistakes.
Admit where you yourself have been wrong, and be willing to be corrected. Owning up to your own mistakes develops being responsible individual. Then re-read #5.
7. Try to see the good in others.
When you are tempted to judge someone, make an effort to see their goodness. Your willingness to look for the best in people will subconsciously bring it forth. Maybe this is a rehash of #4… maybe this needs to be repeated. Keep positive. This strengthens the positive influences of the Force.
8. Take stock of your thoughts and behavior.
Seeing a trend here? Each night ask yourself, when were you negative when you could have been positive? When did you withhold love when you might have given it? When did you play a neurotic game instead of behaving in a powerful way? Use this process to self-correct. This can be part of your evening ‘contemplation time’. Self reflection (and correction) is a good thing. It forces you to grow.
9. Share the Force with the world.
One might say, we are prisms for the Force. When we allow it, it comes into and through our body & essence and helps lift us to higher heights in all we strive for. It is not ‘ours’ to hoard but, to share with all. Casting forth positive energy paints everything beautiful for those with eyes to see.
10. Use each interaction to be the best, most powerful version of yourself.
Like you haven’t heard this one before in these posts. Force, Love, Divine Energy… it’s all about raising you up to higher levels of ‘being the best you’. Express the Force in all that you do and see how ‘the Flow’ changes. Not HUGE, immediate changes but… there will be change. Positive energy given to others in word and deed DOES affect those around you. Be the Force prism (or conduit — though we are NOT hollow shells!) you are meant to be. This spreads the positive energies of the Universe; always a ‘good thing’.

Ya, I know.
Common sense. Good Housekeeping psycho rah rah. Still… being positive and working on bringing your self / thoughts / deeds in alignment with a positive Force energy… can only bring more positive energy YOUR way. When you can *do* all ten on a regular basis… reflect on how your life has changed.June 26, 2018 at 3:46 am #194854JaxKeymaster
