It’s good to work on it that way. Personally, I’ve lost my momentum due to the structure that came from working most days is gone. And now I’m just floating through the day and often forgetting things I should do. Though right now, I don’t want to do this stuff because sending any energy up my body adds to my cramping, which is not fun. So, I try to just breathe and relax, meditate a little. In a few days I’ll get back to full body bouncing. Right now I’ll stick to limb activation. perhaps this is the problem of having an astral projection course written by two men?
