Breaks pretty much always cause a blockage. It took me a while to get my right toe working right when I first tried these exercises. Definitely spend extra time in that area so it doesn’t cause you more trouble later.
Last night I finally slept enough that I remember my dream! Though it wasn’t very fun, perhaps it’s influenced by reading Harry Potter (order of the pheonix). At first I was in an unfamiliar house with Carrie and my parents. I was either in pain, or anticipating being in pain since I don’t remember actually feeling pain and thought of using a prescription pain pill. I decided against that since I didn’t want to pop on a urinalysis. We were all going somewhere, a concert or event I think, but I don’t think the dream ever let me get there.
There is a shift, and I think I’m heading to a military base, or a research area with a military element. A group of people and I head over to this very large crane, which has rows of computers in it for the controlling of this machine. I sit down at a computer and wait. Eventually we start moving in the opposite direction I expect. Then again, the dream shifts and I’m in a classroom with the guys from my last Marine Corps unit. I’m not using military courtesy, though I’m not sure how much of that is on purpose and how much is lack of practice. I actually apologize to a corporal (can’t remember his name anymore) but people really don’t seem happy I’m there. A woman comes in to teach the most boring class in history that looks like very simple math. I make a comment to the girl next to me and decide, now is the time to get out of here. I get up to go to the bathroom, which the woman is not happy about. But I leave anyway and head to the bathroom.
*edit* I forgot the most important part probably. When the woman came in the room, she told me to remove my glasses. I told her I wouldn’t or I wouldn’t be able to see anything. She responded with a short rant about never being able to move past something, or to fully see, unless I did this. I really wish I could remember the wording because that was probably important. damn. *end edit*
The bathroom was like it was in a lot of dreams, with some stalls, but sometimes there are multiple toilets without stalls in between them so you don’t have privacy. I really need to figure out what that means. I think I was also trying to find a place to call someone so I can get out of there, or just vent. In the end, wherever I was, I wasn’t welcome there. Not a very fun dream.
