So. Day 1. (And day 2 as well) We did the meditation and relaxation thing but forgot the affirmations (I should actually translate them all so no wonder why I “forgot” them, lol!) Elisa said that her meditation was easy and concentrating was easy too, she obviously doesnt have any distracting thoughts. Well, I’m not so sure about that but great if she feels that way. She’s pretty impatient so getting her to meditate every day might be difficult Everything that takes more than 10 minutes is something she doesnt want to do, she’s pretty restless. We think that she might have adhd of some level. My meditation was relaxing though I had distracting thoughts all the time like “whats the time”, “hopefully Elisa’s doing well”, “why cant I stop thinking”, “my back hurts” etc etc But it’ll get easier when I get used to meditating, I’m sure.
Relaxation part was cool, we both liked it a lot, since it was relaxing (Lol). Body awareness stuff was also pretty easy for both of us since we’ve been doing similar stuff before with energy work and such. No problems with concentrating.
And dreams… Havent asked Elisa about her dreams. As usual I had dreams about moving small objects with the power of my mind. I always have those dreams. They’re nice. Small objects are easy to move but when it gets bigger than my fist concentrating and moving gets more difficult. Gotta find a notebook in order to jot down my dreams, Elisa has already one I believe. But not today, I’m too tired
And that brainwave generator or whatever it was… I listened to them a bit and found them so creepy that I dont think that we will use them! LOL 😀
