I didn’t like the tracing on the skin part of this. It made me too itchy. :maul
However, I did just focus my intent on those areas of the body and then “drew” circles with the energy. That seemed to work pretty well.
Also, on this relaxation thing, it reminded me of a technique that our old drama teacher taught us called “bag of sand.” Basically, it’s the same thing, but instead of moving on to the next body part, you fill that body part with sand. Now, this may not work so well considering that we will be moving on to projection, but it may be useful for other things.
