You are a student. You can call yourself a novitiate if you'd like, but padawan is a term that is traditionally used when a student has a dedicated mentor. But, people play with words and sometimes use that term for a student.

To expand and to add on Jax answer, we, at the IJRS, decided that for now we don't address any titles of what sort so ever to anyone. Because of that we do not have any Masters or Padawans or whatsoever. We all revere to us as Jedi (Realists) and although we do have "teachers" assigned to the single Classes/Courses You can take here at the IJRS, we and I guess I can speak for the rest of us who are fulfilling such a role do see and understand us more in the way of Guides along the Way than of actual teachers as there is still a lot we can and have to learn ourselves.
So, don't worry about titles, should that be your initial of why You asked this question.
