As we get ready to go on this Monday morning, remember to have a mindset of the process... not only of the result.

I like this one. Reminds me of "it's about the journey, not the destination." I think happiness is a journey in and of itself, not an end result. People go, "when I have 'X', then I'll be happy." X could be more money, better job, significant other, etc. But 99.99999999% of the time, getting those things don't lead to happiness.

Why?

Because you can't have conditional happiness. Happiness is an internal state, not an external destination. Learning to find ease, joy and happiness no matter what's going on around you leads to true happiness.

Aye, very true and in this way we can experience happiness even if we never make it to the goal and in my opinion, a happy life is always worth being spent, doesn't matter the outcome.

And the added benefit of enjoying the journey is that we create more starting from joy instead of lower emotions. :-)
