I am exploring the power of affirmations for reseting the internal landscape and shifting my external world.

I am wondering, what affirmations do you like?
What do you like about affirmations?

Here are some affirmations that I enjoy:

self-hypnosis format for daily mind programming.
“I project a positive self-image.”
“I live authentically.”
“I do not take the opinions of others personally.”
“I am always aware that my thoughts are creating my reality.”
“I am clear on my intent to have the highest self-esteem.”
“I speak and act in ways that support my self-esteem.”
“I base my decisions upon rational thinking and not emotions.”
“I’d rather win the game than get to be right.”
“I accept the experience of my emotions without being compelled to act.”
“I easily accept compliments.”
“I am compassionate towards myself.”
“Every day, in every way, I gain in self-esteem.”
“I support my self-esteem with daily programming.”
“I am very sure of myself.”
“I am self-reliant and self-confident.”
“I am filled with independence and determination.”
“I have great inner courage.”
“I can do whatever I set my mind to.”

;) :) :D

Typically affirmations are minimally effective because you are telling yourself something you don't believe. I don't do affirmations in the traditional sense. When I remember I repeat the access mantra, all of life comes to me with ease, joy and glory. It helps me get out of my head and into creation. Or interesting point of view, I have that point of view. It gets me out of my judgments and recognizing my points of view. I think the last one I can think of is - everything's the opposite of what it appears to be, nothing is the opposite of what it appears to be. It gets me out of trying to figure things out.

Beyond that, not so much. Instead I use questions and other tools to get me into a better space to create.
