AM - Walk - Waterloo to work - 30 minutes
PM - Walk - Work to Cannon Street - 20 minutes

Meditation -

Spiritual intuitive with voice and drums. Continued to have similar results to yesterday. Spiritual meditation definitely seems to be more sensual than visual for me.

Other -

Recited the Code on waking and during the day when needed.

Basic Fitness Training - Stretches; Exercise Bike, 10 minutes; 2x10 Press Ups; 2x15 Crunches; 2x10 Squats; 2x10 Back Raises; 2x10 Dumbbell Curls each arm; 2x10 Tricep Extensions each arm; 2x10 Bent Arm Flys each arm; 2x10 Ankle Raises with weights; 2x10 Hand Grips each hand; Stretches

Study -

Read, Impress the world with your body in 7 days' by Dr. David Madow good book with a lot of motivational and basic info on living a healthy life style and it is available for free in iBooks. Should probably be called seven lessons rather than seven days. Going to start this programme.
