So I got into the Marine corp reserves and the first weekend of drill is a PFT for me. So I've decided to put myself through a month long boot camp to try and get ready for the next meet.

What I did yesterday
1 1/2 mile run
25 Jumping Jacks
20 Pushups
10 pullups
30 crunchs

What I did was break all these down, these are just totals I did. I would run some, then stop and do an excersize, and I believe it worked, I'm quite sore today because I haven't really done pullups or crunchs in forever.

Haven't been on much because of my schedule. I've continued to run my own personal boot camp, which has left me pretty sore. Mid May I need to run a PFT which I haven't done in a couple years. Other than that I've been working on my meditation lesson 1 steps of breathing and finding a good position for me. I haven't moved on yet because I don't feel I've gotten it all down good enough yet, but right now its mostly just practice I need.
