  • Bench Press 120 lbs (2 set 3 reps, 2 sets 2 reps), 110 lbs (1 set 5 reps) 10 min
  • Free Weights: Flys, Lying Tricep Lift, Overhead Press (2 sets 10 reps 20 lbs) Curls, Standing Tricep Lift (2 sets 5, 10 reps 30 lbs) 10 min
  • Cool Down and Stretch 5 min

Morning Workout 45 min (I love being early!)
  • Warm Up and Stretch 5 min
  • Treadmill 20 min (1 mile 7:24, 1.375 miles 10:23, 2 miles 15:48)
  • Cool Down and Stretch 3 min
  • Preacher Curl Machine 7 min (5 reps 95 lbs, 3 reps 100 lbs, 3 reps 105 lbs, 3 reps 100 lbs)
  • Leg Press 5 min (2 sets 5 reps 500 lbs) *Just found out the leg press machine's weight is 118 lbs! So I've actually been lifting that much more! Not going to change what I report though, because my goals are based around not including this number.
  • Cool Down Stretch 5 min

* GOAL COMPLETE: Referee Fitness Test Jog, 1.375 miles in under 12 minutes.

Lunchtime Training 90 min
  • Rehearsing Toastmasters: Ice Breaker speech 30 min
  • Toastmasters Meeting 60 min (delivered my Ice Breaker speech)

Yep. It is what binds us together! I re-watched "What the Bleep do we know?" yesterday to help inspire me to make the connections I need for my Force 101 Lesson 1 homework, but I think I over did it. I'll probably do a Blog post on it today and compile a speech for Toastmasters to present at the end of April.

So, yeah, Quantum Theory is fun!

There is a particular personality who has returned to the boards to confront another member here. Considering he has been doing the same bit for the last 10 years, I am surprised that it is tolerated at all, especially at an educational site. I am doing my best to ignore the drama as it continues to unfold, but just knowing it is going on clouds my mind with negative emotions.
