If you don't fix the car you'll be running a lot more... lol

Is your family close enough to help you out?

Yes they're close enough, but I can take care of it. I've already thought of running to class. That would be fun! I am so stoked about Iaido tonight....

Good to read that You found a Toyama Ryu Iaido class. Hope the training will fit your needs and You can enjoy it. I’m looking forward to read what it had been like!

Good luck with Your car! Maybe a bicycle would fit in between running to school, taking the bus and getting your car done!? I’m sooo used to my bicycle as I’m living in a fairly large city and therefore it is for me the most suitable “transportation system”.

My car is running great, it just has a slow coolant leak. I am so psyched for the class tonight!

It's exactly what I wanted. It's pure Toyama Ryu and the class is a casual and fun group.

So many forget to 'look back' and see how many GOOD things happened in the year past... the lows always seem to hold fast in our minds while the highs are oft times way too fleeting. Congrats on the several outstanding accomplishments this year and best wishes on gaining the goals of the coming year (and maybe more things you haven't even listed!).

Best of New Years !

My new Iaito! Swinging this is super different than the wooden bokuto. More fun too!

Aye, it does make a whole world of a difference if you have to work with a Bokken or if you could work with an Iaito!
If You should ever have the chance to work with what they call a lively blade or Shinken, I’m sure You will experience that this will make again a big difference. Doing Tameshigiri is something never to forget!
