I had a dream the other day about myself that I found to be quite strange. I have spoken to Jax and had some suggestions however it would be good to hear some other peoples views.
The Dream
I am in a jungle, and its during the day I see very tall trees, with bright green leaves. I am running through this jungle on what seems to be a pathway, made just out of leaves and soil. I am running from something. Not an animal or an object but what I feel is something I fear. A Part of myself perhaps. In this dream I am running from it. Running away from it because I fear it.
I think that what I am running from is a part of myself I fear. Perhaps my dark side something the lingers in my past.

It is very difficult for other people to interpret dreams for a person, as each of us has our own set of symbols. As such, if you intuitively feel that you are running from some part of yourself, then this is probably exactly what the dream was about. I recommend reading Ursula LeGuin's "A Wizard of Earthsea". This novel is an excellent allegory for this very thing...running from our shadow... and even offers a suggestion for how best to deal with it. Here is a hint...running FROM it makes matters worse!
